This workshop is a six-week series from 3/5-4/9. Registration is for all six weeks; however, you do not have to attend all six sessions. Feel free to join only the topics that are most meaningful to you. We will introduce and apply mindfulness techniques and tenets as a way to reduce stress in our everyday lives.
