When you’re grateful, you tend to be happier, healthier, and feel more fulfilled. Being grateful can help you cope with stress, and can even have a beneficial effect on your heart rate. This challenge will help you reduce your stress levels while promoting a positive mindset by encouraging you to write down three good things about your day for 21 days. By doing this, you should start to notice what goes right in your life, even on bad days.
Registration opens on Jan. 22 and is open throughout the challenge. The challenge runs from Feb. 5 through Feb. 25. Register in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile.
