Living Healthy Help is for members who are signed in to the Living Healthy, powered by WebMD, portal and having difficulties within the portal.
For member portal issues (e.g., password/username reset, not receiving the authentication code, unable to create an account, etc.), contact Customer Service at the number on the back of your insurance card.
If you're in the Living Healthy portal and having difficulties, contact Health Promotion at 1-833-934-0987 for help. You'll need your member ID card when registering.
