Living Healthy Help is for members who are signed in to the Living Healthy, powered by WebMD, portal and having difficulties within the portal.
For member portal issues (e.g., password/username reset, not receiving the authentication code, unable to create an account, etc.), contact Customer Service at the number on the back of your insurance card.
If you are in the Living Healthy portal and having difficulties, please submit a request for help. One of our staff members will reach out to you within two business days to help. You will need your member ID card when registering.
